We could not recommend Marion and the Washington Fine Properties team highly enough! Her knowledge of the market and consistent support helped make the first-time home-buying process seamless. It's clear that Marion, Nancy, and the rest of the Washington Fine Property team care deeply about making sure their clients don't just find a house but can also create a home.
Marion is the consummate professional. With relentless pursuit and an intimate knowledge of our desired neighborhood, she unearthed our dream home, all while we were on the opposite side of the country. We were thrilled Marion’s unparalleled service didn’t stop at ratified contract. She seamlessly coordinated with Seller’s agent, lender, and title as she paved a smooth path to closing. We’d highly recommend Marion and the NTB Group to anyone who is embarking on the process of buying/selling a home.
I don’t think a better outcome could have been achieved in the sale of our home. Soup to nuts. Marion worked tirelessly for us. Having lived in our home for some 21 years, she helped us get our home perfect for the market. Before going on the market, she was regularly at our home making sure everything was occurring correctly and on schedule. Her list of contractors who made repairs, painted, did yard wok, cleaned the property, threw out junk, stored items, and ultimately moved us were of the highest caliber. We were dealing with tragedy within my family, and Marion was always respectful of the difficult issues that surrounded our sale. Polite, kind, respectful, passionate, professional, detail-oriented, and a great negotiator, Marion is top -rawer. Thank you, Marion!
Marion is a very patient agent with a deep knowledge of the area. She is communicative and detail- oriented, and her extensive network of local resources made the purchase process seamless. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
We are so grateful to Marion for all she did to help us sell our condo and buy our new house. In a market where time is of the essence, Marion directed us every step of the way. No question was too small to pose, and no details ever fell through the cracks. Selling and buying in the same time frame is stressful for many reasons, but Marion helped us navigate it astutely. It was comforting to know that she was seeing the “big picture” of these investments and how each impacted the other. On the selling side, we were dealing with complicated HOA board dynamics, which Marion led us through gracefully and successfully. On the buying side, she was honest in her evaluation of every property we toured, which made us feel comfortable when it came time to make an offer. She has great relationships with key players, which made us feel like we were being taken care of at every stage of the process. We are confident in our investment because of her and could not be more thrilled for this next chapter.
Marion has extensive knowledge about the DMV real estate market and spent time with me — a first-time home buyer — going through financing options, what homes were in my budget, and explaining what features or lack there of could drive the price of a place up or down. When it came time to buy, Marion’s strong professional relationships within the real estate community helped get the seller to accept my offer. From picking me up to visit apartments on the market to answering every question promptly, Marion was the best guide through this process. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else in DC and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DMV.
