Guys, thank you both so much for all your help with the sale of Ambiance Drive and purchase of Rockingham Road. You made it an easy and smooth process for me, and I tried not to panic too much about finding the future home in time. You are the best and will be my go-to team always for the future and future referrals when friends decide to sell or buy, will send them your way :-)
Wishing you both Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and to your families too.
We truly appreciated working with Dan on the sale of our home with a significant amount of property in Darnestown, MD. We interviewed three well-respected real estate agents before landing Dan and we are SO glad we did. Through his relentless hard work and personal contacts, Dan personally found us a buyer for our home. What impressed us the most about Dan was his professionalism, knowledge, integrity and easy-going and gracious demeanor.
If you want the BEST on your team, we highly recommend that you consider Dan. We will without reservation be recommending Dan to family, friends and colleagues.
Your help in selling my mother's house was great. I feel you went above AND beyond your duties as just an agent. Your care and interest were reassuring. In addition to facilitating the sale, you provided a solid presence in walking my sister and me through the process of not only selling the house but the paper work as well. Your suggestions for selling the contents were appreciated immensely.
Your friendship will always hold a special place in my heart.
Working with Dan Corr to purchase our new home was a wonderful experience. He is an expert in the Maryland/DC metro area and knows this region extremely well. Dan went out of his way to ensure the entire process was smooth and efficient and he always had our best interests in mind. We could not be happier with the process and outcome of finding our home!
Dan has now helped me with three3 transactions. He was recommended to me several years ago, and he helped my buy my first home in the DC metro area. I had a very specific property in mind, and once he found the ideal match he did everything needed to make the deal go through.
A recent relocation left me needing the services of a realtor once again, and I didn’t hesitate for a second before calling Dan. This time the stakes were higher — not only did he need to find me a property that met my stringent criteria, he also needed to coordinate the sale of my old property, and do it all to a deadline. He skillfully guided me through the sale (which went without a hitch), and worked tirelessly to find me a new house that fit my needs. He ultimately found me the home of my dreams and, once again, went on to do everything needed to help me close the deal.
Dan’s local knowledge is unsurpassed, and he is clearly well known and respected by his colleagues within the industry. He is very likeable, easy to work with, completely professional, and cool as ice when under pressure. Working with Dan leaves you with that slightly smug feeling that you’ve got the best there is on your team and out there representing you.
I want to thank you again for helping me sell my home in North Potomac. After living in the house for twenty-six years, you guided me in staging the home, helping make the virtual tour you did look fantastic when we went on the market. Your follow-up with the agents and clients who saw the home was very informative and helpful when we did receive a contract.
You made what I thought would be a monumental task much easier for me. I will be more than happy to recommend you and Washington Fine Properties to anyone I know who will be selling in the future.
Dan was our agent during a time when nothing was moving very fast. What did sell, did so for far less than the asking price. Five homes were for sale in our neighborhood, with many of them on the market before ours. Not only did Dan sell our house first, but we got full asking price. What impressed me most about Dan was his "calm" demeanor despite a number of challenges that arose during our sales process. You would be doing yourself a disservice to go with another agent.
I asked around for a recommendation for a real estate agent and was lucky enough to be referred to Dan Corr by one of his past clients. It was the first time I was buying a property alone, and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed—I initially really appreciated his easygoing personality and, as the process unfolded, I came to rely on his extensive knowledge of the complicated DC real estate scene. He graciously accommodated my work schedule, and, despite the fact that it was a tight market with very few homes for sale, he never tried to push me to look at a place that did not meet all of my criteria. When we finally found "the one," I trusted Dan to write up an offer that was both competitive and within my budget—it worked, and my offer beat out several others! I would very highly recommend him to anyone who was looking to buy or sell property in the DC area. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Dan Corr with full confidence.
Dan is a never-say-quit Realtor who is persistent in getting the job accomplished under any circumstances and in any kind of housing market. He is a practical-minded businessman whose no-nonsense, low-pressure sales approach is a welcome change from so many run-of-the-mill real estate agents.
During a corporate relo and interstate move, we needed to know that our home was in good hands. When a pipe burst in one of our upstairs bathrooms, Dan proved his mettle by maintaining his composure, communicating and handling the plumbing fiasco, and keeping his appointment with a client—all at the same time! Talk about grace under pressure. Against all odds, that client ended up purchasing our home!
We truly enjoyed working with Dan during the purchase of a new home and sale of our previous home. We had some pretty unusual circumstances arise during the process that Dan got us through. It had been years since we looked to buy a new home and were moving from another state. We were a bit anxious at the beginning, but his steady hand and extensive knowledge of the local market gave us comfort that we would find the house we were looking for at the right price. We were able to close on our current home and have enjoyed it ever since. My wife and I, on behalf of our family, thank you for your efforts.
We would certainly recommend family and friends to you.
Dan Corr. has helped me to sell two houses and buy two houses during difficult times. He was always attentive and gracious. He worked hard and always available to us. He always helped our special needs. I would strongly recommend Dan.
We had the great fortune of meeting Dan Corr when we bought our very first house and then sold that house and bought another. Due to professional problems we listed our house with Dan. When the work problem was resolved we no longer needed to sell. With great trepidation I called Dan to tell him all of his work was wasted, as we no longer wanted to list. He said simply, "No problem. I am just really glad you resolved the work problem." He was 100% genuine, and I knew he cared more about my wife and me than making a sale. If you look up integrity in the dictionary, do not be surprised to see Dan's picture.
Dan Corr was a pleasure to work with, very professional and helped us sell our house in a down market after being listed with another firm.
