Sarah is truly a best-in-market realtor. If you read only one line of this review, read that all five of her clients that I've met bought their homes for below appraised price.
As for my purchase, we had an incredibly narrow list of criteria, with must-haves about the neighborhood, size, outdoor space, and parking. The product we wanted virtually didn't exist, but Sarah was able to find something that matched our wants and needs exactly and in short order. We found a place after two months of looking (she has access to lots of properties weeks before they hit the market), and from there, Sarah quarterbacked a negotiation process that tailored our offer to our exact financial situation. We ended up buying the house for below asking and appraisal price.
We had several hiccups along the road from contract to close, all of which Sarah handled with incredible calm. Even when other realtors might have abandoned the sale, she ensured us that everything would work out. There was no obstacle I didn't have faith that Sarah could handle.
And finally, I am so thankful to have met Sarah, whom I now consider a friend. She's kind, funny, responsive and great to work with. I wouldn't consider another realtor in the future.
