A Washington, DC, native, Liza is very familiar with the city’s varying neighborhoods. She grew up in Chevy Chase, DC, went to high school in Bethesda, and lived in Cleveland Park, Clarendon, Georgetown, the West End and Petworth before settling with her husband and Golden Retriever in Friendship Heights.
Liza brings a passion for real estate as well as extensive development experience in fundraising and marketing for the Children’s Hospital Foundation, Landon School and other DC area non-profits to her role in Kerry Fortune Carlsen’s office at Washington Fine Properties.
