I have worked with Adaline several times over the past few years selling two homes in the Maryland suburbs. Both times my experience was wonderful! Adaline was recommended to me as someone who was a wonderful listener, a great agent and someone who really knew the market and the community. This proved true in all of my dealings with her. She knew what changes we needed to make to the homes before we put them on the market and guided us in terms of what we needed to do and what we did not need to do before putting our homes on the market. Each time her advice proved sound and we benefitted from the changes we did make. The process of negotiations, inspections, and closing went smoothly, and Adaline and her team were with me every step of the way.

In addition, on my recommendation, Adaline helped a family member find a home in the DC area. She was patient and really listened to what they were looking for in a home. She was able to work with them and show them homes she thought they would be interested in. She guided them through the purchase process and they are happily living in their first home.

Adaline works with a wonderful group of people. The expertise from her team members, especially her assistant Kari, results in almost 24/7 hand-holding during the stressful times that buying and selling a home inevitably bring. I would recommend Adaline to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Washington, DC, area.

Dear Adaline:

We would like to express our great appreciation for the highly professional way you worked with us in listing and selling our cooperative unit at 3900 Watson Place at a very good market price.

Your intimate knowledge of the coop and condo markets, and particularly the unique qualities of 3900 Watson Place, helped us immeasurably in the planning and pricing phase. The staging of our unit that you organized for us was magnificent. You worked hard in marketing the unit in a variety of ways. Your skill and follow-up in working with the agents for potential buyers, and then for buyers offering contracts, was invaluable. And then your attention to detail and follow-through made the settlement a pleasurable experience. I can't think of anything a property seller would want or expect from their real estate agent that you didn't accomplish for us. And all that with a sense of style, grace and sense of humor that made you a charm to work with.

Thank you for serving us so well.
