Washington Fine Properties LLC (WFP) surprised the market this past week by announcing that one of the most venerable real estate firms in the greater Washington, DC, area, Arnold Bradley Sargent Davy & Chew, Inc., would be joining forces with WFP. Says Tom Anderson, President of Washington Fine Properties, “When my partners and I were founding WFP in 1999, we had originally hoped to come together with Arnold Bradley, as we so respected and admired their success. It wasn’t meant to be at that time, but over the last 10 years our two firms have continued in a kindred spirit. This is just a great thing that took a while to happen.”
