Dear Marilyn:
I would like to thank you personally for working cooperatively with me on this recent transaction.
The real estate market has become increasingly complicated and competitive, making each transaction critically unique. Dedicated agents like you help us to bring every settlement to a successful conclusion. This situation certainly brought additional challenges!
Again, it has been a pleasure working with you. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to share more transactions in the future. Thank you again for the high level of professionalism you bring to our industry. Steffi, my assistant, said it was great working with you, too!
Sincerely,
Damian Buckley, Realtor

Dear Marilyn,
What a special, dear person you are. Thank you for your generosity and wisdom in weighing in on price. Marc and I agree, you have "it"! You are so warm and, at the same time, professional, knowledgeable and articulate, it is no wonder you are so successful. It was a pleasure to have you in our home. We will wait and watch the market. We so appreciate your help in reaching a decision.
All the best to you in the new year!

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is intended to be a straightforward endorsement of working with Marilyn Charity, agent for Washington Fine Properties. After examining several real estate agents, we narrowed our choices to three. Each had a different approach as we mutually explored whether it made sense to enter a business relationship. Marilyn quietly stated that Washington Fine Properties wished to approach this potential business partnership with a business meeting at their headquarters. By this time we had already received a handwritten note from Marilyn expressing her hope that we would work together. When we arrived at Marilyn's office, she introduced several of her colleagues and handed us a handsomely bound, detailed real estate analysis of our property, which she proceeded to explain page by page. She also laid out her advertising approach in handling properties. Marilyn Charity was absolutely good to her word.
At several open houses, we were not quite ready in the last hour for "company." Marilyn routinely showed up ahead of time and did everything from vacuuming to rearranging lawn ornaments. She is not afraid of being part of that process of having her client's home presented in the best possible manner ... and helping to blow off last-minute leaves is simply no big deal to Charity. The video tour which she developed for our home was so far superior to most of those I have ever encountered. Her text was also a thoughtful one.
Just as Marilyn promised, our house was featured in multiple, large, color ads in The Washington Post. She also advertised our home in The Wall Street Journal, a local D. C. rag, and countless online services in addition to Washingtonian Magazine. Marilyn's feedback on opens and potential customers consistently rang true.
If this sounds like a rave review, the intent of the author has been met. Should we be seeking the aid of a real estate agent in the future, our search will end at only one door - Marilyn Charity of Washington Fine Properties. Save yourself some trouble and do the same.
Sincerely yours,
James R. and Susan E. Catlette Contented Customers
