PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Prior to becoming a realtor, John worked in the housing sector in a variety of roles. While a partner in a home inspection and consulting firm he gained valuable insight into the wide variety of homes built in this region, including an appreciation for their systems and maintenance. For several years John worked for a prominent DC developer on numerous residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. He has also developed multi-unit properties into condominiums.
Prior to working in the housing sector, John was a partner in a recording artist management company in Los Angeles, CA, where he signed talent, negotiated contracts, and managed his client’s business relationships in a dynamic industry with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds.
John was born in Washington, DC, and has strong ties to the area. He uses his unique combination of knowledge, experience and expertise to assist his clients with their real estate needs in the DC, Maryland and Virginia markets.
