PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining Washington Fine Properties, Don was a manager at Fannie Mae for over 17 years. He worked on housing issues and how technology can be used to expedite the mortgage process. In addition, his MBA thesis was a development plan for revitalizing American "downtowns." A 20+-year resident of the metropolitan area, Don has lived in the Dupont, West End, Wesley Heights and Chevy Chase areas of the District and in Bethesda, MD.
