PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Before turning her sights to a career in real estate, Alison was a Vice President in Private Banking with commercial banks in New Jersey, Tennessee, North Carolina and Washington, DC. Alison’s experience in the private banking sector has translated well to assisting clients with their real estate needs, particularly in the higher-end market.
Alison joined Meg Percesepe at Washington Fine Properties in 2008 to support and contribute to the continuing growth and success of Meg’s established real estate practice. Alison and Meg work together to provide their clients with the highest level of personalized service. Their goal is to ensure that each client receives expert hands-on guidance throughout the home sale or purchase process, resulting in a smooth and successful transaction. They work as a team with clients to keep them informed and involved in the real estate process, particularly with regard to the financial considerations that go along with the purchase or sale of a home.
Meg and Alison are very active Listing Agents who also enjoy working with local, national and international Buyers to find just the right home in the Washington, DC, metropolitan region.
