We met Stephanie in 2010 when we contacted her after her flyer arrived in our mailbox announcing her recent sales in our neighborhood. We had no intention of selling our condo at the time but we wanted to be ready when the time came. Stephanie stayed in touch with us in the most patient and professional way (for seven years!) until we were ready to sell.

Fast forward to 2017 when we finally committed to selling our condo, Stephanie stepped right in to get our condo sold, at a great price, in a timely manner, and find us a new home.

Stephanie was exceptionally responsive, organized, thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Stephanie was always a few steps ahead of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. She stepped beyond her role as realtor, becoming a mentor, advisor and friend to us. She wears many hats and wears them very well! At one showing she was even prepared with a game to entertain our children while my husband and I toured and discussed the home at our leisure. She was key to keeping the home-selling/buying process stress-free and enjoyable. What I appreciated most was her commitment to us and genuine interest towards finding us a home in a neighborhood we love.

We're so grateful that flyer showed up in our mailbox seven years ago and brought us to Stephanie.

Stephanie was a motivated agent when we met at an open house. Her follow-up was amazing. She found a lot of houses to show me and was very flexible on times to show them (even picked me up from a work event once). I couldn’t be happier with the house and neighborhood she helped me find and her services. I highly recommend Stephanie if you are looking for a go-getter - which is needed in the DC market!
