Originally from Mississippi, Laura is a third- generation real estate broker and has been licensed in the Washington, DC, metro area for 18 years. She began her career in commercial real estate, then transitioned into residential real estate in 2005, joining Washington Fine Properties in 2009, and has closed over $500 million in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She is a regular guest lecturer on Real Estate Investment and Marketing at her alma mater, Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, has been interviewed about the Washington market by the Washington Post, and frequently publishes articles on metro area real estate in the Washington Fine Properties newsletter. In 2016 she was recognized by Real Trends, as featured in The Wall Street Journal as one of the top individual real estate agents by sales volume in DC.

Laura lives in McLean, Virginia, with her husband, two children and dog. When she is not working for and with her clients, you can find her running along the Capital Crescent Trail, volunteering at her children’s Bethesda schools, or feeding her obsession with design and home improvement projects.
