In 2016 Anne and Nate were ranked among "America's Best Real Estate Agents" by Real Trends in the team category for both volume and number of transactions, as featured in The Wall Street Journal,. This was not their first such honor. As a team, their annual production is consistently about 50 million dollars. They transact more units sold annually than any other individual or team at Washington Fine Properties and represent properties of all sizes and price ranges in the DC Metropolitan Area.
Anne and Nate formed a team in July of 2007 based on a strong friendship and mutual respect for one another’s business success. Each was a successful agent in his/her own right, but both thought a team approach to the business would benefit everyone. Since that time Anne and Nate have worked with buyers and sellers in DC, Virginia, and Maryland, successfully selling homes and helping buyers find the right place.
In addition, Anne and Nate represent several real estate investors and developers in the acquisition and sale of both income- producing residential property as well as development projects ranging in size from single-family homes to buildings in excess of ten units. They have also developed property, own several investment properties of various types and sizes in the area, and are expert in the financial analysis of the same.
Anne and Nate’s business acumen allow them to help structure even the most difficult deals. Good relationships with other agents create an environment where they can successfully negotiate their clients’ desires as well as manage their concerns.
