Kimberly is an Associate Broker who works with a partner, Daryl Judy, in the Georgetown office of Washington Fine Properties. As a team they are ranked nationally among the top one percent of realtors and were recognized in 2016 as team leaders in sales volume for DC by Real Trends as featured in The Wall Street Journal. In 2013 they represented the purchasers in the most expensive home to sell in all of DC (3044 O Street), as well as the third most expensive (1248 30th Street). Their listings sold at 104% of sales price with a median of six days on the market.
Kimberly takes pride in the fact that all of her clients express the same sentiment after the experience of working with her: "I feel as though I'm Kimberly's only client."
This VIP treatment is becoming increasingly difficult to find in these current market conditions. The bottom line for Kimberly is that her buyers and sellers are happy. To that end she devotes her full attention to the specific individual needs of everyone she represents, utilizing her keen market knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, sound financial expertise and tenacious work ethic to secure the best outcome. All the while she provides her clientele with an honest, straightforward education on the intricacies of the transaction process to inspire the soundest decisions. What's more, Kimberly's warmth, sincerity, and passion for her work shine through in every one of her business relationships, which explains why so many of her clients are and have become close friends.
Before pursuing a career in real estate, Kimberly spent twelve years in the international telecommunications industry building partnerships and joint ventures and developing and executing strategies for entry into international markets. Drawing on this experience, as well as her academic and philanthropic background, she is capable of and eager to work with people of all backgrounds, interests and financial levels. "I enjoy representing clients in all price ranges, from first-time buyers and sellers, to those in the upper brackets, to developers and investors. I listen carefully to my clients' stated objectives to determine their needs and guide them every step of the way through the purchase process, from finding the right neighborhood to negotiating a fair deal and intelligent investment. I am dedicated to making the process of purchasing or selling a home as easy and stress-free as possible."
