PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Kimberly is an Associate Broker who works with a partner, Daryl Judy, in the Georgetown office of Washington Fine Properties. As a team they are ranked nationally among the top one percent of realtors and were recognized in 2016 as team leaders in sales volume for DC by Real Trends as featured in The Wall Street Journal. In 2013 they represented the purchasers in the most expensive home to sell in all of DC (3044 O Street), as well as the third most expensive (1248 30th Street). Their listings sold at 104% of sales price with a median of six days on the market.

Kimberly takes pride in the fact that all of her clients express the same sentiment after the experience of working with her: "I feel as though I'm Kimberly's only client."

Before pursuing a career in real estate, Kimberly spent twelve years in the international telecommunications industry building partnerships and joint ventures and developing and executing strategies for entry into international markets.
