Alyce Rideout has been selling real estate since 1986. She is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia and holds the Certified Buyer Representative designation.
Prior to her career in real estate, Rideout was the second harpist for both the National Symphony and the Baltimore Symphony and also taught at Shenandoah College & Conservatory. Concurrent to that she catalogued 18th and 19th century drawings and watercolors for the Paul Mellon Collection.
Alyce serves on the Board of the 21st Century Consort, a contemporary chamber music group in residence at the Smithsonian Institution as well as the Board of the Women's Auxiliary of the Washington Hospital Center. She is a designated Master Gardener, and is a member of the following organizations: The American Boxwood Society; The American Horticultural Society; The Airedale Club of America and The Loudon County Preservation Society. She resides in Round Hill, Virginia and Georgetown.
